improved Forecasting Tool for Solar Energy Producers in the Romanian Market.
✓ Roll out partnerships including Microsoft, Google and cyber security within a 6 months time frame for
major tech companies. Coordinated and managed sales of over 2 million euros.

01/2010 to 06/2013
Established in 2001, Teamnet Group was one of the most important IT&C integrators in Romania. Accountable to the Teamnet Group CEO, I assembled a robust infrastructure for the R&D Department and a self-motivated sales team through judicious head-hunting.
✓ Successfully launched and grew Ymens brand on the Romanian Cloud Market in 2012 using a
self-defined innovative strategy that attracted 10000 users from the SME segment and generated
700000 euros in revenue in the first 9 months.
✓ Implemented using Agile Methodology the first Cloud Platform on the Romanian Market.
✓ Built a team of 100 employees within 9 months.
✓ Coordinated the Sales, Marketing, Product Development, R&D and Operations teams. Provided status
overviews related to progress, milestones and deadlines. Highlighted opportunities & risks.
01/2008 to 01/2010
Established in 1993 CG&GC it was one of the first IT&C companies on the Romanian market that provided complex solutions from both worlds, hardware and software, all the while having a great presence in Romania with 17 agencies. Accountable to the CEO for overseeing the indirect sales force, seventeen agencies of CG&GC IT SA, and the company’s geographically dispersed sales force.
✓ Contributed to effective sales staff hiring, orientations, training, development, and retention efforts.
Managed a team of 40 direct reports. Personally contributed to annual sales targets of 1.500.000 Euro by identifying and signing new reselling partners, improving the sales team product knowledge, and by
gathering and using customer feedback.
✓ Ensured that monthly sales targets were achieved by effectively employing team coaching,
one-on-one sessions, and follow-up meetings with managers and members of the sales team.
✓ Significantly improve strategic relationships with partners that included ELO Digital, Microsoft,
Panasonic, and Fujitsu Siemens.
